ENT healthcare is a UK based supplier of niche ENT over-the-counter healthcare products, including their halo product, a spray to help people stop snoring. They wanted to launch a modern, but pharmaceutically elegant direct to consumer website for the UK. They also needed a digital marketing campaign to create brand awareness and drive conversion.
Our role was to design a store that was easy to navigate with a simple user journey through to transaction on all devices. As these products are purchased infrequently, the site needed to work hard to convert potential customers on their first visit. ENT wanted the control to be able to easily add new products, update seasonal promotions and retarget cart abandonments.
We selected Shopify as the platform for this project for the simplicity of self-management, payment security, detailed reporting functionality and its ability to pass a product data feed to Google and Facebook online catalogues. We built a custom theme over the top of the Shopify CMS, which focussed on the products and their benefits, streamlined the checkout process and coded custom HTML email for order confirmations, deliver updates and cart abandonment.
The new site started delivering revenue from day one, with transactions up +70% within the first few months. ENT are able to use the site with ease to engage with potential customers and along with our digital marketing expertise, they continue to see great conversion rates from all their marketing channels.
CutFoam manufacture a vast array of foam products including acoustic soundproofing, foam props for television and film, window displays, exhibition stands and case inserts for electronics and jewellery. They have been in the foam business for 50 years with a long list of major clients including the likes of Waitrose, the BBC and Calvin Klein.
Despite their experience, the Cutfoam website was almost 10 years old, not mobile responsive, had no SSl and was losing its SEO ranking.
Our job was to create a modern and simple design that could handle lots of large images and more than fifty pages of content covering all products, services and case studies.
We worked closely with the team at Cutfoam to plan and develop a site that was fully mobile responsive, fast, easy to navigate and secured with an SSL. We also ensured that the site was full optimised for Google Search to recover their SEO rankings.
With our expertise, we were able to recover SEO rankings for key terms within the first 3 months, which led to an increase of +27% in leads and a fantastic +15% increase in conversion rate. The easy to navigate and informative site has attracted larger customers increasing online revenue contribution by +50%.

To use a pre-built subscription tool capable of handling that amount of content and the ability to be regularly updated, would have been cost-prohibitive, so we built her a platform from scratch and used a simple PayPal mechanism to handle the security of payments. The platform has been live for eighteen months and continues to exceed all targeted KPI’s with hundreds of new subscriptions every month.
